RAISE MONEY TO ASSIST THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN ANY NUMBER OF WAYS THROUGH THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES TO GRANTS TEACHER PROJECTS.

TO FUND EDUCATIONAL, CHARITABLE, LITERARY, AND SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITIES CARRIED ON BY COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES, AND THEIR STUDENT CLUBS AND CAMPUS ORGANIZATIONS.

IS A LARGE SCALE PLATFORM FOR SERVICE LEARNING, MANAGED BY ADULT VOLUNTEERS CONNECT THOUSANDS OF LOCAL CHILDREN GIVING AND SERVICE. WE CALL IT TANGIBLE PHILANTHROPY AND BIG CITIZENSHIP. CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES DONATE GENTLY-USED CLOTHES, BOOKS, TOYS AND THINGS THEY NO LONGER NEED OR USE AND VOLUNTEER AT OUR REPURPOSING FACTORY PROCESS, ORGANIZE AND PACKAGE TONS OF DONATIONS TRANSFORMING THEM INTO THOUSANDS OF INDIVIDUAL GIFT PACKAGES THAT ARE ORDERED BY LOCAL AGENCIES AND ORGANIZATIONS FOR HOMELESS AND IN-NEED CHILDREN IN THEIR CARE. WE ALSO SUPPORT PUBLIC SCHOOLS WITH STUDENT AND ADULT VOLUNTEERS IN EARLY LITERACY PROGRAMMING IN KINDERGARTENS, DURING SCHOOL. WE ALSO PROGRAM ADULT VOLUNTEERS MENTOR MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS, IN SCHOOL, AFTER SCHOOL.

TO RAISE FUNDS AND SUPPORT THE FUNCTIONS AND CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES SCHOOL; TO ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES AND PERFORM FUNCTIONS THAT THE SCHOOL WOULD OTHERWISE HAVE TO PERFORM; TO OWN, LEASE AND MAINTAIN THE SITES AT WHICH THE SCHOOL IS LOCATED; AND TO OTHERWISE BENEFIT THE SCHOOL THROUGH PROVISION FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND SERVICES.

THE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES OF THE CORPORATION SHALL BE TO DEVELOP, INITIATE, OPERATE PROJECTS THAT PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL RELATED SERVICES THAT ARE CONSISTENT WITH COMMUNITY NEEDS IN THE GREATER DORCHESTER AREA, SUPPORT ACADEMY FOUNDATION, INC. (FOUNDATION), ACADEMY CHARTER PUBLIC SCHOOL (SCHOOL), CENTER, INC. (CSHC) SIMILAR NONPROFIT ENTITIES EXEMPT UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE CODE THAT PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL RELATED SERVICES TO THE GREATER DORCHESTER COMMUNITY.

PROVIDE CANCER RESOURCES, PROMOTE HEALTH EDUCATION AND SAFETY, OFFER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND/OR DONATION OF GOODS OR SERVICES.

FUNDING PUBLIC SCHOOL SPORTS

TO ACQUIRE, CONSTRUCT, FINANCE, LEASE, AND MANAGE PROPERTY IN SUPPORT OF KIPP ACADEMY LYNN PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL SO AS TO QUALIFY AS A "QUALIFIED ACTIVE LOW-INCOME COMMUNITY BUSINESS" UNDER SECTION 45D(D)(2) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE AND THE ASSOCIATED REGULATIONS, AND TO ENGAGE IN ALL OTHER ACTIVITIES INCIDENTAL OR RELATED THERETO.
